SCL Pension Adalat

  In  compliance to  Government directions,  there exists a mechanism in SCL for holding  Pension Adalat for prompt and quick redressal of grievances, if any,  of the SCL Pensioners.  SCL holds Pension Adalat once a year around August of every year.  For this, SCL releases a Public Notice in the  leading Newspapers/SCL website approximately 4 months in advance giving therein  venue, date and time of the Adalat to be held for the information of SCL Pensioners and inviting  grievances, if any, from them.   SCL Pensioners are required to submit grievances, if any, within about 90 days of date of issue of the Public Notice. Grievances involving purely legal points and policy matters are not taken up in the Adalat. The representations/grievances of the SCL Pensioners are acknowledged indicating the date, venue and time of Pension Adalat.  The concerned officers examine the grievances/representations so admitted and submit necessary report two weeks before the Adalat meets, to the Members of the Adalat.
   

Format for Grievance Registration:

  The grievance may be submitted in the specified Grievance Registration Form (click to open the link) and sent to Shri N.P. Singh, Sr. Admn. Officer, P&GA in the manner explained above.
